{amylouwho} mini quilt challenge update - prizes!!

When the chit chat turned to a mini quilt party I had several people offer up some prizes to make things a bit more fun!!

By linking up on Friday you will be eligible for one of the following prizes!

1) Lovely Dana from Old Red Barn Co. is offering a 30$ gift card to her soap shop. I've personally used her soaps and they are, in a word, AMAZING!!

4) Candy from Candied Fabrics makes amazing hand dyed fabrics which she then uses for her sewing projects. She made the fabric for this  adorable baby quilt a group of friends made babylouwho.  She's offering up a “quilter’s 8ths” that includes all 6 of the jewel tones as WELL as a piece of multicolored fabric with all those tones.

5) Nadine from The Material Girls Quilts, one of the favorite shops along the shop hop during the Sewing Summit, will be giving away a jelly roll of fabric!  (prints TBA)

I'm excited to see what everyone is working on!  Please spread the word!

I finished a little mini I'm sharing with you on Friday, it was really fun!  Here's a sneak peek:

Those are all great prizes, and it's fun to see a non-fabric prize. I *love* handmade soaps! (of course, I also love fabric ;) I'm looking forward to Friday--and tomorrow when I will hopefully make/finish my mini!

Do these have to be brand-new-made-for-this-challenge minis? I have made a few in the past month. Does that count?

It sounds like fun. I love the minis because you can try new techniques that you might not want to do on a full size quilt. Great idea and great gifts too.
