sew & tell - what a week!

Welcome to our last Sew & Tell of the year!  Never fear though, we will be back on January 8th to share those gifts you've all been working on that you can't show us yet!

I know we have a lot of new people joining us each week and I love it!  I just thought it might be good to restate the goals, rules and guidelines, so that we can have the best experience possible each week!  (Irrelevant or non-following posts will be deleted.)
*Our goal here is to have a place to share projects that have been completed in the past week.
1. Link to your specific post (email me if you have questions about that.)
2. Please mention us here and link back to this post so everyone can join in.
3. Pat each other on the backs in the comments!

I just love the comraderie and great inspiration we are getting each week!  Thank you all so much!  (and yes, I am still behind from commenting on last weeks,  but this week has been INSANE...)

Speaking of insane weeks, I have hardly had a chance to sew this week.  I am working on a smaller version of this bag:

And I'm working on a mini-me version of this dress:

It's a little jumper!  Both of these have to be finished by tomorrow - so I'll post the finishes and link up myself!

P.S. - that bag from a couple weeks ago is for sale!  See the link on the upper left to go to my etsy shop! I hope to find it a good home!

Your turn - see above guidelines and then link away!!

Love this bag! I have some fabric for bags waiting for me to have time to make them.

Looking forward to seeing your jumper - the dress was adorable!

Great idea to do a smaller version of the bag and a mini-me dress. Both are great. Can't wait to see the final versions. I know I say this every week, but here goes again: Thank you for hosting Sew and Tell Friday each week. I love it and look forward to seeing everyone's finishes for the week. I try and make it a point to look at everyone's posts, although lately it has taken me until the next Friday to see them all ;-)) Enjoy the holidays!!!

Good Morning.
I am new to sew and tell and just had a quick question. Does the project that is finished in that week have to be started in that week too? For an example, I am working on a couple of quilts and it is taking me a while to complete. So if I post them when they are done, they are projects that have taken me a while. Does that make sense?

Help!! I am about to embark on my first metal frame purse... Since I don't know what I am doing, I would like to make this a sew- along, becuase I really need help.

Is anyone interested in at least holding my hand while I blog about this? Look at my blog and see if you are interested. Leave me a message in comments

Thank you so much...

Hey I missed the last one. My daughters wedding was on the 19th but I hope to be there ready for the one on the eighth. Thanks for hosting. I guess there will be another list for that one, right?
